Our contribution has been to make our center, more friendly for the enviroment. and operate a retreat-center that is completely free of fossil fuels with solar, wind, wood as an energy source instead. Parts in wind turbine that gives us the green electricity. Urine Separated toilets and rotzonsdamm that reduces the leaking of nitrogen to the sea. Building materials and paint used is environmentally classified. The farm vehicles powered by biogas and the food purchased is, for the most part, locally grown and organic. Construction is one of the first rewarded Slow Food cafés in Halland with a KRAV certified kitchen where we follow Ch. 15 in KRAV's regulations.  

2014 were assigned Falkenberg city: Environmental Award. An honorable award that also gives a wonderful recognition for the values that we have in our life's compass.
